Returns Policy
You may return your unwanted items within 14 days. The 14 days start from the day your receive your goods. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us. We will offer you a choice of a full refund or replacement, this only applies to picture frames. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us. We will offer you a chance to have this fixed or we will provide a brand new replacement.
