Q. Is your jewellery sterling silver?
A. Yes, we only use 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold.
Q. How do I send my loved ones ashes to you?
A. We will send you a pack to return a small amount of your loved ones ashes, this will include a self seal bag, small spoon, velvet bag, ring gauge (if ordering a ring) and a return envelope.
Q. What amount of ashes do you require?
A. We only need a half a spoonful, this can make up to 6 items.
Q. Will you return any unused ashes?
A. We will return any unused ashes or hair with your item of jewellery.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal, Card and buy now pay later via PayPal and Laybuy.
Q. Where are you based?
A. We're based in our Scottish Studio near Glasgow.
Q. I don't have any ashes, can you make the jewellery with hair or fur?
A. Yes, we can make our items with your loved ones hair or pets fur too.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Once we receive your loved ones ashes it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your item. During busier times like Christmas etc, delivery times may be longer, please place your order at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
