1.Once you place your order we will send you a pack to return a small amount of your loved ones ashes or hair.
2. The pack will contain a small self seal bag, small spoon, return envelope and a ring gauge if requested.
3. We only need half a spoonful of your loved ones ashes or a few strands of hair.
4. Once we receive your loved ones ashes or hair, we will message you to confirm that they have arrived safely.
5. We supply a certifiacte of authenticity with every order. This will confirm that your jewellery contains your loved ones ashes or hair.
