How it works
After you place your order, we’ll send you a secure pack to return a small amount of your loved one’s ashes.
Your pack includes:
- A small self‑seal bag
- A tiny spoon
- A return envelope
- Clear instructions
We only need a very small amount — around a spoonful of ashes.
When your loved one’s ashes arrive with us, we’ll message you right away to confirm they’ve been received safely.
Every order includes a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that your canvas contains your loved one’s ashes.
Unused Ashes
Any ashes we don’t use will be carefully sealed and returned to you with your finished canvas, handled with the same dignity and respect as every part of the process.
