After you place your order, we’ll send you a secure pack to return a small amount of your pets ashes or fur.
Your pack includes:
- A small self‑seal bag
- A tiny spoon
- A return envelope
We only need a very small amount — around half a spoonful of ashes or just a few strands of hair.
When your loved one’s ashes or hair arrive with us, we’ll message you right away to confirm they’ve been received safely.
Every order includes a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that your frame contains your pets ashes or fur.
Any ashes or fur we don’t use will be carefully sealed and returned to you with your finished frame, handled with the same dignity and respect as every part of the process.
